On May 5th, 2012, as we celebrate 11 successful years of PMAM, it gives the whole team at PMAM immense happiness and a sense of fulfilment.

In these 11 years, we launched 3 new and innovative products, addressing the needs of 3 different markets. We launched PMAM CRM to offer the real no-cost, fully-functional and intuitive CRM on the cloud to the small and medium size enterprises. PMAM CRM recently completed two successful years. Currently is being used by more than 3000 customers worldwide.

PMAM HCM is a web-based free-cost human capital management solution that enables organizations plan, schedule and assess inductions and trainings within the organization.

PMAM Smart Select is a highly functional and innovative recruitment software. Smart Select streamlines, automates and optimizes every feature and phase of your recruitment process. PMAM Smart Select is trusted by more than 1 lakh candidates for finding their dream job. For recruitment, companies have access to more than 10,000 candidates who have undergone the scientifically designed technical and psychometric tests on PMAM Smart Select.

PMAM’s False Alarm Management and Reduction Solution is currently being used by 60 Police Departments in the USA. With our recent acquisition of Colorado Springs based ATB Services, Inc., we are now number 1 in False Alarm Management Solutions.
